Drop-in

We offer a drop-in service, which can sometimes involve speaking to an adviser on your arrival, depending on availability.

Everyone who visits us in person will get to speak to a member of our team who will triage their situation and offer the next available appointment.

We are open from Monday to Friday 10am–1pm, and until 3.30pm on Mondays and Thursdays.
