Our Team
Our Frontline Team
Our core staff team supports all of the work we do, from answering the phone and greeting you at the door, through to providing specialist casework and supervisory support of our professional services.

Catherine Lock
Catherine joined Citizens Advice Tadley in 2023 during a period of enormous change and has worked on a lot of different things as a result.
When visiting our office, she'll be most recognisable as the friendly face greeting people in reception or supporting our volunteers with the back office administration of appointment booking, paperwork and almost everything else!

Angela Adams
Angela is one of our longest serving staff members and previously supported us as a specialist volunteer before that. She's worked in a variety of roles, mostly helping people with debts, money and benefits.
Angela works remotely as a specialist debt and benefits caseworker, providing detailed advice alongside extensive practical support and occassional advocacy.

Mike Holt
Mike came to Citizens Advice Tadley having trained as an Adviser at Citizens Advice Basingstoke. To his credit, Mike continues to volunteer as a Generalist Adviser in Basingstoke, whilst also providing support to people in Tadley.
Mike works as a specialist debt and benefits caseworker, providing detailed advice alongside extensive practical support and occassional advocacy. Mike offers support either in our office or by phone, according to how he's needed.
Most recently, Mike has also started providing support to people attending the Tadley foodbank as an outreach service.

Jo Armstrong
Jo first joined Citizens Advice Tadley as a volunteer, training as a Generalist Adviser. However, she quickly fell in love with the work we do and joined us shortly afterwards when our next paid opportunity came up.
Jo works as a specialist debt and benefits caseworker, providing detailed advice alongside extensive practical support and occassional advocacy. As well as support from our office and over the phone, Jo offers home visiting appointments to those who can't reach us any other way.
Most recently, Jo has also started providing support to people attending the Tadley foodbank as an outreach service.

Emma Blackburn
Emma leads the frontline services, covering a whole range of activities from ensuring compliance with our professional standards to giving advice.
On a day-to-day basis, Emma provides supervisory support to our staff and volunteers giving advice, as well as making sure that things are running smoothly so that people are getting the best of our services.

Di Lewis
Di brought tremndous experience to Citizens Advice Tadley in 2023 after more than two decades at Citizens Advice Basingstoke.
Di leads on training and supporting all of our volunteers, as well as many of our paid staff. She's also a key part of our frontline team, support advisers and reception team as a supervisor, when needed.

Lisa How
In 2023, Lisa joined Citizens Advice Tadley to take responsibility for the smooth running of our office. She leads on making sure that our facilities are in good shape for everyone who visits us, as well as ensuring that all other parts of the experience are working as they should - from phones being answered to having someone available during drop-in.
