Partnerships
Thanks to successful project funding, we are able to develop a growing number of specialist community advice projects, partnerships and outreach services to ensure we reach those in need of our help.
If you need advice on any of the issues covered by our partnerships, please contact our advice team.
Foodbank Outreach Service
Foodbank Outreach Service
This service is designed specifically to support Tadley foodbank clients, who are in crisis and struggling to afford food. The project employs a dedicated adviser who works onsite at the foodbank, providing one-to-one advice for those visiting the foodbank to collect their emergency food parcel.
Advice is available at the Tadley foodbank every Tuesday, to help people tackle their financial and money issues and resolve the crises they’re facing.

Financial Skills
Our Financial Skills community advice service supports residents across the whole of the Basingstoke and Deane Borough. This service is designed to empower local people with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate financial challenges with confidence.
Our dedicated, Citizens Advice-trained Financial Skills Adviser is available to deliver sessions to community groups. Each presentation is tailored to reflect the unique needs of the group you support, ensuring the advice is relevant and practical.
Following each group session, attendees have the opportunity to book a 1-to-1 meeting with the adviser. These confidential sessions allow individuals to discuss their own financial circumstances and work together with the adviser to create a personalised household budget.
This project is funded by Hampshire County Council, and all sessions — whether group-based or one-to-one — are delivered in a non-judgmental and accessible way.
💡 Topics we can cover, include:
- Preparing a household budget and planning for financial stability
- Maximising income (benefits and wages)
- Reducing expenditure (e.g. using comparison sites)
- Bank account management
- Saving for a rainy day
- Avoiding high-cost credit and managing debt proactively
- Recognising and avoiding scams
- Knowing where to find timely help and support
Our goal is simple: to help build stronger, more financially resilient communities and individuals.
🤝 Interested?
If you manage or are part of a community group and would like to book a session — or simply learn more about these free, independent, and impartial sessions — please get in touch.
We’d love the opportunity to work with you.
